The Promotion is open to all residents of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. 

All entrants must be aged 18 or over.

Entries which are late, incomplete, misspelt, or incomprehensible are void and will not be entered in to this Promotion, nor will they be contacted. 

All entrants will be deemed to have accepted and understood these Terms and Conditions and be bound by them. This will be strictly enforced by the Promoter, whose decision regarding any dispute will be final and binding. The Promoter reserves the right at any time, without notice, to amend, modify, or change these rules and any Prizes, and to postpone, suspend or cancel this Promotion and any Prizes, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which the Promoter reasonably deems necessary.

Failure to adhere to these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification from the Competition and forfeiture of the Prize. This shall be at the sole discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into.

• How to Enter

• Promotional Period

This Promotion is open from 00:00 on 19.09.2023 to 23:59 on 22.09.2023. Any entries received after 23:59 22.09.2023 will be deemed invalid and will not qualify as eligible entries.

• Delivery of Prizes

Winner will be contacted by email or phone to gain additional information. It is the responsibility of the participant to supply the correct personal information and the correct addresses. The Promoter will not be liable for non-delivery of Prizes caused by the provision of incorrect information, postal disputes or other causes beyond its control.

•  Prize

Prize is 1 x 4-person membership to Emerald Park and access to Tír na nÓg once opened in 2024. Only people names can use the 4-person membership. There will be one winner. 

The Prize is offered as stated. You must enter the Promotion for your own personal purposes only. The Prize is non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternative, or alternative prize to the stated Prize shall be offered or made available, however the Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative Prize of equal or lesser value.
