We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with outstanding communication skills & attention to detail to join our Rides & Attractions team!

Our team is dedicated to delivering engaging and unforgettable guest experiences. The Rides & Attractions team welcome our guests from the moment they arrive into the park and as they experience the many rides & attractions we have to offer. Team members will have the opportunity to interact with every guest, making a passion for exceptional customer service indispensable. There are various aspects of the role that could see you working in a variety of areas within the department.

Rides & Attractions Team   

€12.70 p/h   

Role & responsibilities

As a Seasonal Team Member in our Rides & Attractions Department, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure “Safe Fun” is upheld each day on our rides & attractions.
  • Welcome guests on to our rides with a happy and approachable manner.
  • Conduct multiple safety checks on guest restraints.
  • Operate a variety of rides & attractions within the department.
  • Monitor, control and oversee the ride throughout its cycle and during the day.
  • Work co-operatively, good communication and ensure support with colleagues throughout the season.
  • Perform all tasks to a high standard with a focus on customer safety, interaction & enjoyment, and communication with guests throughout their day in Emerald Park.

Areas of work

  • Guest welcome.
  • Ride presentation.
  • Queue management.
  • Customer service.
  • Ride operations.
  • Supporting seasonal events throughout the year.
  • Customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be 18 years or older by March 23rd, 2024.
  • Prior work experience is not a requirement and we welcome individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time.
  • This is a seasonal contract position. Estimated start date March 23rd – September 30th, 2024. Contracts may be extended.
