Santa is located in The Lodge at Emerald Park.

Guests should check in at the Santa Check-In at least 20 minutes before their scheduled Santa visit time. The check-in area is located on The Lodge patio opposite Pow Wow Playground.

Please allow sufficient time to reach Santa, as it is approximately a 15-minute walk from the Admissions Building.

If you have booked a Santa visit later in the day from 5pm onwards, it is recommended that you arrive early to allow enough time to enjoy all Jingle Fest experiences before your scheduled Santa visit.

Yes, professional Santa photos can be purchased either in advance during the booking process or on the day of your visit.

Photos are taken during your Santa visit and can be collected from the Main Gift Shop in the Admissions Building.

For the best experience, guests are encouraged to collect photos earlier in the day, as wait times between 5:00pm and 6:30pm can reach 30 minutes during busy periods.

All photos must be collected on the day of your visit and cannot be stored for later collection.

No problem! We have two ticket options for Jingle Fest. One does not include a Santa visit and one does. Without a Santa visit, guests can enjoy all the festive fun we have to offer at a reduced rate. Please double check you are selecting your preferred ticket option at checkout.

Pre-paid tickets cannot be used in conjunction with Jingle Fest. Tickets with the reference “TA / TW / TL / TWL” are for general entry only.

While tickets are non-refundable, date changes will be facilitated where possible, subject to availability.

We have reserved specific Santa time slots for guests with additional needs. During these times, we will have reduced visitor numbers to allow guests to enjoy at their own pace.

• One carer will be given free admission if accompanying a child with additional needs.
• This is not a sensory session; music levels and interaction will remain as per usual.
• On the day of visit, suitable documentation for the guest with additional needs must be presented. You can find full details in our additional needs policy. Otherwise, full price will be charged.
