Bus Éireann provides bus services to the park from Dublin City Centre. The journey takes roughly 45 minutes.
Routes are available from Blanchardstown, Duleek, Drogheda, Ratoath, Ashbourne and Kentstown. Services run daily when the park is open.
Important notice for passengers intending to travel to Emerald Park via Bus Éireann Route 103:
Bus Éireann would like to inform passengers travelling on Route 103 to/from Emerald Park that due to roadworks taking place on the R155-2 between Kilbrew and Crickstown, Route 103 cannot directly access Emerald Park. Passengers travelling from Dublin City are advised to travel on the 103 to Ashbourne and then transfer to the 105 service from Ashbourne to Emerald Park. Passengers returning to Dublin from Emerald Park should travel on the 105 from the park to Ashbourne and connect to the 103 service into Dublin City. Passengers will be able to travel to Emerald Park and back via the 103 and 105 on the one ticket.
Disruption to Route 103 is due to take place until December 2023.
Route 103
Departs Beresford Place beside Liberty Hall to Emerald Park.
Take the M1 Southbound to Junction 9, and exit toward Drogheda/Donore/Duleek.
At the roundabout, take the second exit to Rathmullan Park. At the next roundabout, take the third exit, continue under the bridge and straight through the third roundabout onto the R152.
Continue on the R152 for 9.2 miles until you reach the N2. Turn left and continue for a mile until you see the Emerald Park sign.
After the sign, turn right at the traffic lights and continue straight until you see the entrance to Emerald Park.
