The successful candidate should have strong attention to detail, good knowledge of carpentry techniques, and the ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team. Responsibilities

  • Work with flexibility within the Maintenance Department and in co-operation with other Departments.
  • Comfortable reading and understanding drawings.
  • Good communication and attention to detail.
  • Work as part of a team along with the management team on site in order to achieve project success.
  • Completion of non-trade specific work as required.
  • Participate in Safety and Environmental training programmes and initiatives. Adhere to safe working practices as set out by the Safety Statement and other company safety rules.

Requirements

  • A suitable site experiences a distinct advantage.
  • Working at height is essential and full training will be provided.
  • Management of small site projects desirable.
  • Strong carpentry background.
  • Good reporting skills essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Responds positively to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Proven track record in your current role is essential.
