The Role

Position: Park Presentation Assistant
Contract Type: Seasonal
As a Park Presentation Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the first and lasting impression of Emerald Park. You’ll help ensure our park looks spotless, welcoming, and safe for every guest who walks through our gates. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in creating a great environment, this role is for you.

Areas of Work

• All outdoor areas across Emerald Park, including grounds and car parks
• Toilets and all indoor buildings

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a varied, hands-on role where teamwork and initiative are key. Your responsibilities will include both indoor and outdoor tasks, ensuring every corner of the park meets our high standards.

Indoor Responsibilities

• Cleaning offices, indoor retail buildings, and concession units
• Maintaining toilets to exceptional hygiene standards
• Regularly monitoring facilities to ensure cleanliness and safety

Outdoor Responsibilities

• Keeping grounds, pathways, and outdoor dining areas clean and presentable
• Collecting litter, debris, and waste
• Raking, sweeping, and light maintenance of public areas
• Monitoring waste units and collecting bins as required
• Identifying and reporting health & safety concerns
• Assisting in the car park by safely directing traffic, parking cars, and supporting closing procedures

Please note: Early starts (from 8am) and late finishes (up to 9pm) will be required.

• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
• A proactive mindset and attention to detail
• The ability to work in a physically demanding role, in all weather conditions
• Confidence working independently and as part of a wider team

No previous experience? No problem! Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for those entering the workforce for the first time.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 17 years or older by March 20th, 2026
• Seasonal contract from March 20th – August 31st, 2026 (with potential extensions)
