We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with outstanding communication skills & attention to detail to join our Restaurant Catering team!

Our team is dedicated to delivering engaging and unforgettable guest experiences. Team members will have the opportunity to interact with every guest, making a passion for exceptional customer service indispensable. The Restaurant catering team member will work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Applicants must be 17 years or older by March 20th March 2026.
• Prior work experience is not a requirement and we welcome individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time.
• This is a seasonal contract position. Estimated start date March 20th – September 28th, 2026. Contracts may be extended.

Areas of work:

• Till point kiosks in a variety of our food offering units.
• Customer service.
• Supporting colleagues in different food units.
• Welcoming guests.
• Customer interaction.
• Customer assistance.

The Role:

As a Seasonal Team Member in our Restaurant Catering Department, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for our guests.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring our guests have a truly immersive experience.
• Deliver excellent customer service to our guests.
• Selling world class merchandise to park visitors.
• Assisting customers with their queries and purchases.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with guests and team members.
• Adaptable to both indoor and outdoor dining.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to adapt & respond effectively to challenging situations whilst maintaining a professional approach.
• Candidate will need to be flexible, have an adaptable approach to their work and have a can-do attitude.
• Candidates with previous experience in the restaurant industry, cash handling, customer service, and EPOS sales will be considered favourably but not a prerequisite.
