Retail Team

Requirements:

• Applicants must be 17 years or older by March 20th, 2026.
• Prior work experience is not a requirement, and we welcome individuals who are entering the workforce for the first time.

•Available to work a seasonal contract.

Estimated start date March 20st – September 30th, 2026. Contracts may be extended.

The Role

As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you’ll help create a fun, friendly, and welcoming experience for our guests. You’ll assist guests in our gift shops and photo units, helping them find the perfect souvenirs, answering questions, and making their visit even more enjoyable through great customer service and a positive attitude.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

You will:

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Assist guests with questions and purchases
• Sell park merchandise in our shops and photo units
• Help create a fun, positive atmosphere for guests
• Work well as part of a team and support your colleagues
• Follow safety procedures and complete tasks to a high standard

Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or EPOS systems is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
