Role & Responsibilities

Emerald Park are recruiting for a senior Chef de Partie.

We are on the lookout for experienced chefs who are interested in working in a completely unique environment where no two days are the same. With five food outlets serving 7,000 customers a day in high season, Emerald Park is unmatched for its diversity. There are no spilt shifts or late nights, uniforms supplied, meals on duty, discounts for Park visits and plenty more.

There will then be the opportunity to work up to 40 hours from June until the end of August and approximately 20 to 30 hours a week from September to December.

Our pay rate starts @ €15 per hour and is flexible depending on experience.

Requirements & Skills

An efficient team player, a passion for food and all that goes with the smooth running of a highly equipped kitchen and service. Someone who smiles in all weathers and conditions and likes to put a smile on a colleagues face too. A natural flair for cooking and coping with a busy service. HACCP level 2 is required and a positive attitude towards food safety is essential.
