  • How long can we spend in Emerald Park?

Included in your package is full day entry (dependant on our open hours on the day of your visit) to Emerald Park with unlimited use of the attractions. For guided tours, you must meet your tour guide at the designated meeting point 15 minutes before your tour begins.

Please note: if your time at Emerald Park is limited then you may not get to experience all available activities.

  • What happens if it rains on the day?

Emerald Park is an outdoor park. Everything will operate as normal for your tour should it rain (with the exception of inclement weather). However, we do advise to bring rain gear and a change of clothes if rain is expected. If you come prepared you will still have a fun day out!

  • Do we have to pay a deposit?

A 25% deposit must be paid within 14 days of booking and full payment must be made before groups are permitted to enter the park. All deposits are non-refundable.

All school tours must be pre-booked.

  • Do you offer a Queue Assist Pass for school tour students with additional needs?

Yes, for school tours we offer a School Tour Queue Assist Pass (QAP). This will allow a student with additional needs a reduced wait time* for themselves, one carer over the age of 18, and 1 accompanying friend on 6 attractions.

*it does not guarantee immediate or unrestricted access to a ride or an attraction and return time may be given. T&Cs apply.

Not all guests with additional needs can avail of our QAP. As with our general QAP, it is reserved for guest with additional needs who may have difficulty waiting in line for longer periods of time. Supporting documentation to state the child’s inability to queue will be required. Student/pass holder must be accompanied by a carer aged 18 or older on all rides & attractions, 1:1 on a guest to carer ratio.

A teacher/carer cannot be named as a carer on multiple passes. Should your group require additional adults to accompany you on your school trip in order to fulfil the QAP requirements, please let our team know in advance and we will add additional carers to your booking free of charge.

Please contact info@emeraldpark.ie in advance of your school trip and speak with a team member for full details on the application and process.
