Events and Entertainment Team Member

Position Summary

We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our events & entertainment team. Events & Entertainment Staff Members help create memorable guest experiences through, character interactions, live shows, crowd engagement & management, and event support throughout the park for our seasonal winter events of Halloween & Christmas. This role requires enthusiasm, professionalism, teamwork, and the ability to maintain a fun and safe environment for guests of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

·         Welcome and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

·         Perform as assigned in character appearances, or interactive entertainment activities, show assistance & more.

·         Assist with event setup, crowd management, and guest flow during performances and attractions.

·         Maintain costume and appearance standards where applicable.

·         Provide accurate information about park attractions, schedules, and services.

·         Ensure guest safety by following park policies and emergency procedures.

·         Support daily entertainment operations and work collaboratively with team members and team leaders.

·         Help create a positive, inclusive, and enjoyable atmosphere for all visitors.

·         Handle guest questions and concerns courteously and efficiently.

Requirements

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Positive attitude with excellent customer service abilities

·         Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

·         Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

·         Team-oriented with strong reliability and punctuality

·         Ability to stand, walk, or perform for extended periods

·         Previous experience in entertainment, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage but not essential

Preferred Skills

·         Performance, acting, or public speaking experience

·         Experience working with children or large groups

·         Confidence using microphones or performing in front of audiences
