In this study, students will conduct an investigation of a grassland ecosystem in Emerald Park. The study will include qualitative and quantitative plant and animal surveys.
This package includes outdoor and indoor portions, use of apparatus and data collection, as well as a recap of ecology curriculum material.
This package is suitable for all students but is particularly tailored for Transition Year and 1st Year students.

Emerald Park is an accredited zoo and is home to over 250 animal species. In this study, students will embark on a guided tour around our zoo where our experienced zoo education team will provide their expert knowledge on animal biology and wildlife conservation.
This package will consist of a brief presentation and an outdoor zoo tour covering animal biology and conservation.
This package is suited for CSPE Action project (Environmental Stewardship) and Transition Year students.

This session will encourage students to recognise the value of the environment in our daily lives. We will explore the power of individual actions and their impact on the environment. This session aims to help students to understand our duty of care to the natural world.

Our newest secondary school study focuses on tourism and corporate social responsibility. From January 2023, students will discover Emerald Park as a visitor destination. The guided tour will highlight the work of the service industry, various departments in the business and employment opportunities. The session will note the importance of sales and upselling, links to the community, sustainability, communication/branding and evaluation.
