The Quest

The mythical land of Tír na nÓg is best known in Irish mythology from the tale of Oisín and Niamh. Known as the Celtic Otherworld, Tír na nÓg is a land reached by traversing across the sea. No inhabitant of the realm grows old, life is joyful, and beauty is everlasting.

Niamh met Oisín in Ireland, and it was a tale of true love. The two set out together and ventured across the waters to Tír na nÓg, where they spent three wonderful years together. However, the good times were not to last forever as Oisín got homesick and decided to travel back to Ireland. Alas, he soon found that time moves differently in Tír na nÓg, and although just three years had passed for him, in Ireland, 300 years had gone by.

Suitability

Suitable for kids, tweens, teens and adults, who are looking for a moderate thrill experience. The Quest has forwards and backwards motions. Suitable for wheelchair users who can walk with assistance.

Restrictions

To participate on this attraction, the lap bar must close. Guests must be able to maintain the proper riding position, grip handholds, keep upright, and brace as required. Suitable footwear must be worn. Pregnant guests, guests with a cast/splint/air boot/brace, and guests with a pre-existing injury or health condition cannot participate.
